Model JRJ-I meat mincer is suitable for grinding all kinds of meat lumps into meat paste of different specifications. The driving force transfer of this machine is from the first pole belt which decelerates and directly turns the twisting axis. The driving chain is very short; the whole cubage is small; the weight is therefore light; operation is very smooth and there is little noise.The turning of the main axis and the twisting axis rely on the external diameter to fix the position, and internal square to pass over the pattern, which insures the correct position as well as convenient disassembling and installation. The main axis and the twisting axis are separated so that they will not influence each other and therefore to lower the requirement on the material of turning part.

| Model JRJ-II Frozen Meat Mincer |

Model JRJ-II Frozen Meat Mincer is used for mincing frozen meat above 15 0C and fresh meat into meat paste of various specifications.
Different from Model JRJ-I Mincer, this machine has designed two twisting axes for mincing frozen meat. The upper axis is highly intensive with very sharp blade, and then it can send the minced meat to the lower axis, which adopts the square changing structure, the inter-axis pushing power is very strong, so the productivity is high. |

It can not only mince the major materials like meat block, chopped meat, fat etc. into meat paste, but also in the meanwhile, stir the major material and the supplementary materials into the evenly emulsified mixture. It realizes the one-time completion of cutting and stirring, mincing, mixing and emulsifying process. |

ZB series cut-mixer is made up of tray, arbor, rack and electric-controlled system. While working, the tray motor turns the tray to move at a low speed by slowing down the speed reducer, and then send the materials to the arbors. The arbor is driven by the Double-speed motor to turn at a very high speed. The materials while are doing spiral movement in the trays, are also cut and mixed by the arbors and the air in the meat paste is also excluded. With the force of splitting produced by the high-speed turning of the cutter as well as the accessory action of the punching and grinding, the raw material and supplementary materials are minced and evenly mixed, and 65% of the protein contained in the meat is extracted simultaneously. |
