  Equipment for western ham products

Western-style ham meat products are greatly different from traditional Chinese ham (such as Jinhua Ham) in terms of shape, processing techniques, flavor, etc. According to the pattern and techniques, it can be classified into following categories: ham with bones, boneless ham, fillet ham, Rax ham, fermented ham and the finished ham.

Saline injecting machine

Saline injection is one crucial step in producing western ham. With the injection of the mixture of saline, the ham meat can be evenly permeated and thus become tender and delicious; in the meanwhile, the meat production rate can be highly raised.

Mechanical Saline injecting machine

This equipment adopts mechanical driving, and has small volume and high productivity. The parts connecting with the meat are all made of stainless steel, to ensure that it is completely in line with the rules about food health and food security.

The mechanical saline injecting machine can inject saline automatically. Put the mixed saline into the proper container, and you can see 48 pips turn downward driven by the machine while the saline pump is pumping the saline out. Once the injection completed, the pips will rise, and the delivering chain moves 60mm forward to complete a circle.

Tenderizing machine
Tenderizing is one important procedure in producing square meat. According to the work process of producing square meat, the whole piece of square ham of certain size should be tenderized. That is, to cut the square ham into piece-shape with equal space in between but they are not completely apart. Then, with other work processes like the saline injection as well as massage, the square ham can be really tender and delicious.
