  Meat floss production line

Meat floss production line is used specially for producing various meat floss, charqui and dried piece meat, such as Tai Cang Meat floss and Fu Jian meat floss production line. The main techniques are (take Tai Cang Meat Floss for example): arrangement, blending, boiling to soft, fat removing, selecting floss, stir-frying floss, picking up floss and packaging. The main producing equipment is: floss selecting machine (fiber-pulling machine), floss rubbing machine, stir-frying machine, mezzanine pot, and packaging machine, etc.
 
Floss Stir-frying Machine

Floss Stir-frying Machine is designed and made for completing the stir-frying procedure in producing meat floss. It is an indispensable equipment for the meat floss producers.Currently there are two types of floss stir-frying machine: Model CSJ-100 Floss Stir-frying Machine and Model CSJ-3 Disc Flat Floss Stir-frying Machine.

 
Model CSJ-100 Floss Stir-frying Machine
This machine is one-body pattern, and the driving is direct-join pattern. The turning and swaying of the bucket both adopt the hydraulic driving. The clip cover of the bucket uses the liquefied petroleum gas to heat, and the gas supply can be adjusted. The whole machine can move to the suitable place through the lower wheels, and there is no need for the special installation of adjustable feet at the bottom.

Model CSJ-3 Disc Flat Floss Stir-frying Machine
This machine adopts the gas heating and beneath the stir-frying tray there are four self-made tray-shaped stoves. The cutter on the stir-frying tray is driven by the machine, and the driving force is conveyed by the turbine retard which is driven by the electricity. There is spring-tightening setting on the cutter so that the cutter can be closely attached to the pot bottom, so as to reduce the scorched trace.

Floss rubbing machine
The floss rubbing machine is specially used for further processing of the floss-shaped meat material to be loose by rubbing, in order to become better silk-shaped floss.

This machine has cowhide to fasten both the internal and external galls. Through the rolling of the internal gall, the relative movement of the cowhide between the external and internal galls results in friction of the meat floss in between and in this way, the aim of rubbing to be loose is achieved.

Floss selecting machine
Floss selecting machine is also called fiber-pulling machine, used for the fiber pulling in producing meat floss. The purpose of this machine is to cut off the fiber in the meat, so that the material meat can become loose and soft, and with silk shape.

This equipment has very good fiber-pulling effect due to the small volume, simple structure, and easy maintenance.
