Cutting and packaging belt conveyer

The two halves of pig to be cut will be directly sent to the cutting belt conveyer from the cooling and acid discharging cabinet, and then every part of the meat will be fine cut. The already cut parts meat will be further transported to the packaging belt conveyer, for the parts meat packaging.

Through transporting the parts meat with the Belt Conveyer, this machine realizes the assembly-line operation, and raises the productivity. The belt used is the PVC which complies with the food hygienic requirement. The cutting belt conveyer has three categories: the single-layer, the double-layer and the three-layer ones.

Disc Check Table

The disc check table is usually set at the end of the belt conveyer, for the distribution of the already-cut parts meat.

There is a rotating disc in the middle of this equipment, by which the equipment can turn at a certain speed. The outside is covered by innocuous food level nylon board, for the temporary storage of the cut meat and for the further refinement.

This equipment is used under the circumstance that there is no packaging belt conveyer.

Automatic tank washing machine
The tank washing machine is usually stored in the tanking washing room, connected by the food tank conveyer, to assure the continuous cyclical operation.
  
This machine is specially for washing the food plate and turning tank with the size less than 400×600×130~150. With the speed adjusting motor as the major driver, the adjusting speed is within the range of 6~28rpm, and can be self adjusting.
